Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of valenrow.com and the ValenRow mobile application. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using valenrow.com ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ValenRow Eyewear Inc. ("ValenRow," "we," "us").
2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Purchases & Pricing
All prices are in USD and include standard single-vision lenses. Our pricing includes frame and lenses as a complete package. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. Optical Disclaimers
- Pupillary distance (PD) measurements from our scan are for fitting assistance and are not a substitute for clinical measurement
- You are responsible for providing an accurate, current prescription from a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist
- ValenRow is not responsible for vision problems resulting from incorrect prescriptions provided by the customer
- Our products are not medical devices and are not FDA-regulated
- Sunglasses provide UV protection but are not substitutes for proper eye care
5. Prescription Policy
Prescription eyewear orders require a valid, unexpired prescription from a licensed eye care provider. We accept prescriptions issued within the past 2 years (or as mandated by your state). You may upload your prescription during checkout or email it to our support team.
We verify all prescriptions before fabrication. If we cannot verify your prescription, we will contact you before proceeding. Orders with unverifiable prescriptions may be cancelled with a full refund.
6. Warranty
30-Day Fit Guarantee
- Covers fit dissatisfaction for any reason within 30 days of delivery
- One replacement or full refund per original order
- Original frames are yours to keep or donate - no physical return required
- Replacement orders include new lens fabrication at no cost
1-Year Manufacturing Warranty
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery
- Includes: hinge failure, coating defects, structural frame breakage under normal use
- Excludes: accidental damage, scratches from misuse, lost frames, prescription changes
- Warranty claims handled via Contact Us
7. Returns & Refunds
30-day fit guarantee. If your glasses don't fit perfectly within 30 days of delivery, contact us. Keep or donate the frames — we'll refund your purchase or make a new pair.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the VALENROW trademark - is the property of ValenRow Eyewear Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to our Site, you grant ValenRow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services and marketing. You retain ownership of your content.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or data-mine our content, submit fraudulent prescriptions, impersonate another person, or interfere with the Site's operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValenRow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ValenRow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
