What Happens After Checkout
Every pair is made to your exact measurements. Here's what that process looks like.
Order Confirmed
Your order enters our system. We verify your prescription details and pull your scan measurements from your Fit Profile (or the manual PD you entered at checkout).
Lenses Cut to Your Measurements
Your prescription lenses are custom-edged using your individual monocular PD values - right and left independently. Anti-glare, blue light filter, UV, and scratch resistance coatings are applied. This is why we don't pull lenses from a shelf. They're made for your eyes.
Assembly & Quality Check
Lenses are mounted into your frame. Each pair passes a final inspection - lens alignment, frame geometry, hinge tension, surface quality. Anything that doesn't pass gets remade, not shipped.
Your Glasses Ship
Packaged and handed off to USPS (standard) or UPS (expedited). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Transit times shown are for standard USPS shipping after your glasses leave our lab. Total delivery time includes 2-3 days of lens production. Expedited UPS shipments deliver in 1-2 business days to all zones.
Shipping Questions
Unlike retailers that pull pre-made lenses from stock, we custom-cut every lens to your individual monocular PD values. Your right and left lenses are edged separately, coatings are applied, lenses are mounted, and each pair passes a final quality inspection. That precision takes 2-3 business days.
